Bed Bug Exterminators Southern California!

I’ve always hated Bugs, especially the ones you can bring home with you. I was always cautious with having my kids play in the woods or parks being in contact with Ticks or petting animals being concerned about Fleas, so we would always give them a thorough look at afterwards having them change clothes when we got home and shower.

Then we learned about Bed Bugs, which can easily be hitchhiked from visiting friends, friends coming over, family visits, going out to eat, doctor visits, SHOPPING MALLS, yard sales, second hand goods (Ok, this type of thinking can drive you nuts I know) needless to say I got into the business.
But after a while I wasn’t keen on doing full pest control, although financially would of been more beneficial, it wasn’t my thing. So I decided to concentrate on one Bug and be very good at it…….Exterminating Bed Bugs.

I made it a point after learning and experiencing Bed Bug jobs and issues, how to be more successful at it, But not just Successful for the Business but successful in Exterminating Bed Bugs in one visit, that by itself would make the business successful. To make long story longer, and it’s no secret, Heat treatment is the most effective way to Rid Bed Bugs BUT there is a right way and wrong way to do it, and many Company veer toward the second choice. I wanted the Customer experience to be comfortable when we arrived and more relaxed when we left, and although I realized you can’t make everyone Happy, I wanted to make 99% happy and satisfied we did a great job. And since Bed bugs are elusive, nocturnal creatures that come out at night to feed exclusively on blood, it makes it challenging. They are very resilient and may live up to 12 months without a blood meal. Contrary to popular belief, poor sanitation does not cause bed bugs to appear although clutter does help them find a place to lay eggs and make it harder to locate.
Bed bugs are not limited to the bed or the bedroom but instead will disperse throughout a dwelling. They will crawl considerable distances to obtain a blood meal If you have a bed bug infestation, it is best to find it early, before the infestation becomes established or spreads. Treating a minor infestation, while an inconvenience, is far less costly and easier than treating the same infestation after it becomes more widespread. However, low-level infestations are also much more challenging to find and correctly identify. It’s crazy, so many older Customers we get never heard or have experienced Bed Bugs, so it is hard for them to figure out how they got them.
We pride ourselves on the customer service aspect to help educate and provide answers along with solutions to their Bed Bug problem. You know I kind of explained why I got into this business but it was merely personal, when we get the call to inspect or do a job, the most heart felt experience is when you see kids or elderly involved.

Yes it is a business, but at the end of the day when you can do the best job you can to help out the ones in need, and provide the best customer service experience…. Well guess what, the business will be just fine.
