What we collect

When you request a quote, the form collects your name and phone number, and, if you provide them, your email address, city, property type and a description of what you are seeing. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request: to call or email you about bed bug heat treatment, answer your questions, put together a quote and schedule service. Your request is delivered to our team by email and kept in a secured file on our web server.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.

Phone calls

If you call us, we use your number and what you tell us only to help with your bed bug problem.

Calls, texts and marketing

Our forms include two checkboxes. The first, which is required, confirms you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. The second is optional: it lets us call or text you, including by automated means, with updates and occasional offers. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call. Consent records

When you send a form, we record which boxes you checked and when, so we can honor your choices.

Mobile information

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
